There was a couple of employees out on a smoke break kinda can see them in the pic with the ford Lincoln mercury sign. they saw me pull up to take a pic and stood up and waved well my marauder waved back with a big smokey burn out which they loved and gave me a two thumbs up!

More pics of the place where the sunroofs where installed and currently they do all the installs stuff for the cop cars and taxis for ford. Actually talked to the guy who put mine in he worked there for a few years when the marauders where being built he works at the ford plant now and was one of the tour guides. kinda cool to me! added some more of the plant as well. Lot of history there some of the oldest peices of equipment in ford inventory.

I'm sooo pissed that I missed out on this event due to being in Afghanistan. I would like to go up there as soon as I get back later this summer while it's still there. If anyone wants to ride with me send me a pm. Looking around the end of Aug 1st week in Sept.

Might be a possible STAP thing next year maybe just heard some stuff but who knows? Also for all intrested Carcraft magazine had a guy there with press pass he shot a lot of pics and wrote a lot of notes. He said Nov issue the article should be in that one so mark your calendars now to get the mag as it will have some cool pics. I would think for those who have never been it should still be cool to at least read about it. Kinda historical place STAP has some of the oldest equipment in all of fords inventory.

It was a great event and alot of fun you guys should have seen the drag race between me and blackhueys , i hope there is another one next year?

Well got the 4.10 gears now just have to wait till next year I will get ya then! LOL fun times all around thanks to everyone again who set this up and for all who came to show ford we still love these cars (maybe we are all a little nuts though for loving them so much)
