S55 Tail Lights on a Taxi?

My wife and I were driving up to see a game at Camden yards about a month ago when I saw this on I-95. I asked my wife to get a picture of it and here it is (would have posted earlier, but I forgot the picture was on my camera).

I think the S55 tail light treatment looks better on the more subdued colors of the Marauder.

There are a couple NYC cabs with rims and aftermarket stuff. I heard that there is one riding around on Marauder rims.

i dont know if anybody else is from baltimore, and has seen this, but ive seen the crown vics with a "doritos" theme....and it says "Mr. Cool Ranch", one crown vic has the ghost busters theme, and another has a coca-cola theme.........i was thinking of doing my marauder in a burger king theme...;).
