They should you require you to get a license to purchase a hot-rod, just like thye do fishing. Why is it they will let any idiot buy a great car, but you need to get a license to fish, or hunt. I know what your talking about special cars. It was like the other day a goof ball wanted to trade a ANGRY CAN OF BEEZ for my 1985 Ford LTD LX. For those who don't know what these cars are. Its basically like having a stang with two other doors or a Baby Marauder. I laughed at him and said are you okay JR. He said what my car is faster then yours. I said if thats try then why are you trying to trade for my car. He had a blank look in his face and walk away, haha
