2008 Grand Marquis LS Mods?

I have a friend who has one and is looking to do some performance upgrades.

He was unable to find anything really for the car. Anyone know what would work on the 08? He is looking to upgrade the intake, pulleys, flash tuner, maybe some trans work and possibly rear gears.

All the above listed parts will work on your friend's '08. If he wants to get gears and a Trac-Loc, they will have to be 31 spline.

True dual exhaust couldn't hurt either. Make sure it has the true "H" with the balance pipe. I saw one that had the "Y" part cut off and plugged with no balance piping. It looked hideous.

Would you happen to know what stock gear comes in the 08 GM and I would assume it's an open diff?

2.73 and it is an open differential.

I do not believe that the GMs have the 31 spline axles.
