Another Silver Today

Hello All: This site has been so informative. Picking up our 2004 at 1PM today. We have been waiting for about 5 weeks. My husband picked the silver because our other two cars are black, a 1970 LS6 450/454 Chevelle, (he is the original owner) and a 1990 Lincoln SE Mark VII. He needs a break from the high maintenance the black beauty's require. I am hoping we will be happy with the silver. We got the dark charcoal interior.

Hee, hee - I will be driving the Marauder 80% of the time, and after reading all the info on this site I am actually getting very excited about it. I love the Mark and I am hoping I can get used to the four door. Strat454 is convinced that I will love the Marauder and he is happy that something finally caught his attention. He will be driving it on nights and weekends, (if I let him!!)

We are glad to be members and I will check in tomorrow night after we make the rounds showing off.

strat454-Welcome to the most informative site out bar none . my eyes rolled when I read that one of your black beauties is a 1970 LS6 454CID/450 Chevelle . That is one of my favorite vehicles next to my MM . and silver is good ,silver is clean , silver is fresh ,silver is is is oops- sorry I fell into a trance . Anyway welcome again.. :beer: :coolman:

That is the No. 1 reason I purcahsed a Silver Birch Marauder. Even when its dirty it still looks sharp. Besides everyone I know hasn't seen it in Silver Birch, they only thought it was only available in Black. Don't get me wrong Black is a killer color, but to frustrating to keep up. Unless you keep it locked up all the time. Peace out.

Congradulations on the purchase of your new Silver Marauder. Mine is now 3 weeks late arriving and i'm starting to get a bit worried because noone knows what happened to it. They are doing a trace at Ford headquarter, but this is ridiculous because while you can lose a cheap UPS package, you DON'T lose track of a $35000 car, especially when it's been all paid for already..................

You'd be happy with a MM of any color.
What's that you say ? Four doors ?
I see only my ToreaDOR driver's door.
Hope the 80/20 ratio evens out to 50/50, otherwise your Mark will be a lonely orphan. I had an'89 Mark, and it's just a faint memory compared to my MM.
