Nice I hope your Dad enjoys it for a long time!

And just think if anything happens to it you have a new motor for your Marauder

Grabber Blue.

It was an original color on the Boss 302 early 70's Mustang.

No manual trans?
Got to remember, not every one knows how or wants to drive stick. The auto is a 6 speed I believe and factory trans tuning is pretty good, at least when I drove the V6 model it was.

I've been suprised at how honestly difficult it is to find a 6-speed stick 2011 5.0, at least around here. I wonder are they making them in smaller numbers than the automatic?

The 5.0 was still put the Mustang until 1995. 1996 is when the 4.6 sohc and dohc came out for the Mustang.

My dad actually cannot drive the mustang right now! He has a large cast/boot on his right foot from ankle surgery.

Sorry about your Dad not being able to drive it but I hope he is @ least handing you the keys from time to time and not letting it sit around.

I like the Accessory package that is on that one.

I see that your Dad chose the Pedestal Rear Spoiler. Did he also want the Hood Scoop or was he pushed into it because it's part of the Accessory Package?

And yes, hope he's all recovered and can drive it again soon!

By the way, when is his birthday? You may like to surprise him with his name in the sill plates!

I am not sure about your first question. My dad is doing better and he drove it for the first time last week. He planned on taking it for a 10 or 15 minute drive & wound up driving it for 2 hours!

You can order your GT accessories individually. This means you can get a rear pedestal spoiler without the hood scoop like it is on accessory packages #4 and #6.

BTW, I drove a 2011 Race Red coupe GT 5.0 with the 6 speed auto and 3.15 gears yesterday. I got around 23.5 @ 75 MPH on the highway.
