I was just PMing a member on a Mustang forum about how Naz blew it. He could have had his own market niche if he just kept it together. What a shame!

It was exhausting trying to get parts from him.

NA SVT (Todd Warren) does them as well. Last time I spoke NAZ Sr. he said he had cancer and wasnt doing so well.

He cracked under the strain of repeated quality issues.

He liked to whistle while he worked. So did his intakes.

I don't think NASVT does a short runner. He does porting and polishing and has a very good reputation so does Roy from Mach1.net.

I also heard that NAZ was very ill (no excuse for bad workmanship) but I don't think we should make fun of him, although I did laugh hard at some of the posts you guys made.

I agree. He should have posted about what was happening though....

I'm sorry to hear that he is seriously ill.
I wouldn't have poked fun at him had I known this.
I hope that his treatments are successful.
(He should have let his customers know what was going on, that way people wouldn't have bad mouthed his lack of response/action.)

Communication, especially in this age of high speed, can make or break you as a business VERY quick. I wouldn't wish illness on anyone. He overextended himself and didn't have anyone to step in. Too bad to. Guy had a ton of good knowledge about the way air and engines work. He held top #'s on the DOHC N/A page on corral for a while.
