Ford might want to reconsider discontinuing the Panther chassis after seeing this:

Glad to see that the LEO survived!

Another Crown Vic bit the dust (hard), but proved to be the difference for this officer.

Wow... I'm glad the Officer survived, you sure don't see many people walk away from a wreck like that.

You gotta ask yourself, where did the door panel, seat and console all go? That is only lucky man! I would love to see the inside of that car!

I don't think the new (taurus) interceptor could have handled that one without spliting the unibody in half. Gotta love our beloved Panthers. Glad the officer is ok.

How he got away with only a few broken ribs is amazing!

But man I am glad he lived through that but I bet it will be awhile before he will be willing to enguage in another chase I know I would be nervous about it!

I've spent several years in the traffic division as an accident reconstructionist. I can tell you first hand, over and over I've seen that many of our guys and other Municipalities that I've been called to, that if it wasn't for the large Crown Vic, many would not have survived. I do not like the smaller "full size cars" of today. nuff said.

I put a police interceptor into a conrete wall head on at 40 mph after hitting a patch of ice and walked away without a scratch, but that sends chills down my spine..... im glad he survived, and its the reason i bought my marauder
