Sounds reasonable.

Reasonable indeed. However, I see that ALLDATA was mentioned. I use that service on a handfull of cars that come here and have had nothing but positive things to say. Back when ALLDATA was introduced, I think around '91, it was VERY VERY expensive software offered to repair shops and a hefty price for yearly upgrades. Now it is like $25 first car and $15 for all others a year or so for your average car owner and I give it the justbob stamp of approval! Saved me from countless hours of research.

I wish that things like these would actually come up in peoples' criteria for a new car (a manufacturer refusing to give critical vehicle data to anyone but a certified dealer/repair center). I mean who would guess, free market shutting out producers because they didn't offer the best for their consumers? :P
