New Mustang Photos

Sorry it has taken some time ot get photos on the site. It's been a real busy weekend, but lets just say, I did everything a guy would want to do in a weekend. No remorse, no regrets, and fun time.
Anyway, here is how the story goes. Got to the dealership on Sunday, drove the car I wanted and made up my mind in a nano-second. But I also had the clarity to walk away if I didn't get my numbers.
After playing the usual cat and mouse game (Note to car dealers, stop with getting the general manger or finance guy, or all that usual BS)
Finally got them to give me $23500 fro both my 07 GT and the Vic.
I think they agreed on this price figuring I would be stupid enough to get the extra warranties. Man did they push that hard. I had to say "NO" 6 times. But then I gave him a hint of might be willing to do it, provided it didn't hurt my payment too much. So now they play with the finance rate, and lower me to a super low amount, and tell to still shove the package. Actually I said it a little harsher I said
"So you want me to spend $5K to cover any repairs that I might need over the next 5 years??? Either you selling me a POS and I need this, or you ahve a good car and I don't, so which category does this car fit into. Anyway, i walked out happy lowering my payments by over $60 a month, and got the car I wanted. So here are the pics

Yeah, I know that will be a pain in the arse, but there is nothing more beautiful then a freshly washed and waxed black muscle car.

hehe am just playin'! Enjoy it my friend! When I got my car home, I took the sticker off about 5 minutes after putting the car in park! haha I hate dealer stickers! Just glad they don't RIVET anymore!

The auto is amazing; needs a tune to firm up the shifts slight lag delay when the gompedal is depressed! I would get the auto for dd and track.

very very nice !! congratulations, very hard to beat the new 2011 5.0..not to be a wise guy ,but beat old mm[ stock], by about 3 seconds, at the drag strip.. mustang's are always best bang, for the buck !! rkvette/ralph sr.

Well with the traffic around Atlanta, I just didn't want to mess with the manual, plus I've always owned autmoatics. With my previous mustang I was plenty happy with auto.

But it does definitely need a tune. I mean it's fast now, no doubt about it, but a tune would make this car just about perfect

It's got 3.15 gears, maybe eventually I'll swap them out, but I'm not in a hurry. Once I got her broken in, I'll get the tune and I think I'll be pretty happy with that

Look at all those pretty buttons. Its incredible how far the mustang has come. 412hp 12s in the 1/4 25mpg you just can't beat that man. Even the v6 13s in the quarter and 31mpg. You have yourself one fine automobile there man.

I highly recommend it. I was on the fence about doing it this early because I had planned to do it in the spring, but was able to make it work. When the timing is right, and you can pull the trigger, you will absolutely love this car

Nice car!! I guess the new 5.0 may not be in our future! The stealerships really pissed the wife off and she has not wanted to look at another one. I liked the new one better than our 2007 too! Congratulations!!!

Yeah the dealership really pissed me off too. The salesmen was okay, but the finance guys trying to sell you stupid crap you don't need, really pissed me off. I just slammed them in their customer service survey. But I can tell you, especially at Gwinnett, they have a ton of Mustangs. I think they overordered, so getting closer to the end of the month, I was able to orchestrate the deal I wanted

brad once again nice car. im glad i got the first ride in it. i just test drove a new 5.0 with a 6 speed today not to much of a difference from an auto. and for living around Atlanta you made a good choice with the auto.

That's the exact set up that I am planning. I think JustBob said it best

Nice! I really like the front end of the current Mustangs. I thought the taillights were kind of weird looking at first, but they've grown on me. I saw the back of a previous gen today and I thought it looked kind of boring by comparison.

I drove a Race Red 5.0 coupe with the auto and 3.15 gears yesterday. I got about 23.5 mpg @ 75MPH on the highway w/87 octane gas.

Whenever I get pressured by a sales rep on any product's extended warranty, my response is " no thanks, I'd like to have a little faith in your product".

Shuts them right up, most of the time.
