Cooling Fan Always Runs

I notice my cooling fan (radiator fan) runs from start up and never stops (its cold outside!).
Anyone else???

If you have the defroster on the fan will run.
With the defroster the A/C system is in use,when the A/C clutch is engaged the engine fan comes on.
Turn the clemate controls off and the fan will stop.
