Star Gazer Dude

Just read the star gazer dude passed away. I really liked the little tune they played and the guy explaining what to see in the nighttime sky. That short 5 minute show was on for 30 years. Much more interesting than all the murder shows on tv nowadays.

That is sad news. I also enjoyed watching him. He had a bubbly personality and was really enthusiastic about his "Stars".

Jack Horkheimer is dead? Wow....another little piece of my childhood died. My mom loves astronomy and I used to watch his little show with her before Doctor Who came on.

This is sad, heck I still watched his brief segments on PBS up to a couple of years ago. Astronomy was and still is a favorite hobby of mine.
