There was a blurb in the Automotive section of the Orlando Sentinel that said the SVT Focus was done...and that the SVT team was taking a 18 month break before the next vehicle from the team would be coming out....I guess that is the Lightning.....no mention of any of the stuff in your article....only the Focus stuff....
