My 04 SB turned 98k and although properly maintained the transmission started to slip. So, with ongoing EATC issues, along with the rear tires and radio problems, I made the tough decision to trade in for a 08 Jaguar Vanden Plas. Still miss the ride of the MM, but the Jag is pretty close, almost as fast and I love the AC seats.
