What do you set them at? I was going to 17psi. I wanted to know if this was the best setting for our cars. This would be with MT ET street radials. I do not know if anything changes when they are warmed up. I plan on driving over on the street tires and putting on the ET streets when I get to the track.

17psi sound good? What do you set yours to?

If lowering the psi from say 35 to 17 helps with traction, then wouldn't going from 17 to 0 be even better? I'm gonna try it...

Are these your tires? If so, my best times, launch, wrinkle, and burn are at 15lbs. I run these too. You'll definitely feel the wrinkle at shutdown time at the end of the track. Get a little water on em, move up a tad, burn em in 2nd to about 4,500 for about four seconds. Play with your launch RPM. I have a Vortech, so I launch at idle.

Per M/T
P275 and smaller 14-18psi
P295 and larger 12-16psi

I know the sizes are different but When running my 275/60/15's M/T drag raditals i ran them at 19lbs(best to Date 60' 1.59-Best 1/4 11.3@121)

That was with my Turbo'ed 4.6 2V @13lbs. I have now upgraded to 295-50-16's and found they like 17lbs alot more. they hold 100% better! Time to go Racing.:banana2:
