I like the sound of those.

It's been a while since I've had anything other than a V8 in my possession, but I would strongly consider one of those EcoBoost V6 engines if I was in the Market for a new F150.

It's been a while since I've had anything other than a V8 in my possession, but I would strongly consider one of those EcoBoost V6 engines if I was in the Market for a new F150.

Me too, then I bought the Mk S w/ Ecoboost. Last night at the track, two runs of 14.25 at 98.7mph & 2.25 60 foot times. Engine won't break the tires loose (all wheel drive) but really keeps building the power.

This just seems to keep making Ford look better and better.

If you look at Ford over the past 15 to 20 years, they've made some impressive and bold engineering decisions for their engines as well as good business decisions. The pushrod V8 was phased out in favor of their brand new modular OHC engine line (while some of their Detroit brethren kept a V8 design from the 50s and have been making slight improvements to it). Ford Motor Company was the ONLY one out of the big three to not take a check from Uncle Sam. The Ford Fusion beat Toyota for quality (JD Power IIRC), and now an engine lineup in the F150 that should shame GM. The N/A 3.6 from Ford bests the 4.3 (unloaded test) and the 5.0, 3.5 Twin Turbo, and 6.2 are all super stout offerings.

Just a few of the reasons why "I've driven a Ford lately."

the check is the big reason ill never buy anything else but a ford. not that i planed to anyway, i dont even look at other companys

Oh yeah!!!!!!! I am all excited --especially when they used a new F-150 King Ranch with new color scheme --I am really thinking that new EcoBoost TT V-6....yep--inside that pretty new KR....just need to sell of some vehicles to do it,.

Anyone looking for a real good car under $5K..let me know..

Oh yeah!!!!!!! I am all excited --especially when they used a new F-150 King Ranch with new color scheme --I am really thinking that new EcoBoost TT V-6....yep--inside that pretty new KR....just need to sell of some vehicles to do it,.

Anyone looking for a real good car under $5K..let me know..
