ok so after driving it for while i have noticed a few issues with the new marauder.
first: the fog light dont work. i pull the switch and nothing happens. while the car was my brother the drivers side went out first, and now the passenger side dont work. both bulbs are new im pretty sure the fuse is good. so where is the most logical place to look?
second: while its sitting idling in drive or reverse there seems to be a rolling vibration, it feels almost like the air ride compressor just less. i know it not the air ride cause i hear that and it turns off, i only feel this vibration. in park or neutral its really smooth. now in drive or reverse its idling around 500 is this what its supposed to be? and if it is, is the vibration supposed to be there?
and there are some other little things like, window switchs on the drivers door dont light up nor do the window lock or door lock or mirros. the headlight switch on the dash dosent light up, not really sure if it supposed to. thanks for any advice on the problems :)

Does your car have custom tune? The second problem could be the idle rpms are too low?

The bulbs are known to blow often especially if they have gotten too hot, deformed the bulb holder and allow moisture in. Pull and check them, when in doubt just replace them. The bulbs are not that much. H1 is the bulb type.

Not really sure, haven't come across it so I have no answer.

Only the little arrows will light up on the window switch. Door lock and mirror switch do not light up. The headlight switch bulb is probably burned out, most people never even knew theirs had a light to start with. I think most have not bothered with it or replaced it with some type of LED bulb.

You may even want to just pull and reseat the connector to the foglight bulbs, I had the same side stop working twice and all it was was a loose connector. Since you'd be going in there anyways to replace it, try that out first.

ok cool thanks ill have to try that with the connector.
another problem that ive noticed is that it take a bit to start. i have to crank it for a few seconds before it starts. is that normal, or could something be wrong?

I have the rolling vibration, but I know I need a tune. Plus 500 RPMs at in-drive idle is a little low. I would think 600-650 would be best.
For the hard start, look into the IAC or a fuel filter. How many miles do you have?

its got 145000 miles and i have no clue when the last time the fuel filter was replaced. and how would i go about checking the IAC?

Don't always trust the stock tach cause it can be off. When I am in Neutral my tach needle sits right under 1k but my scangauge reads 800-815 which is what it is set to in my tune. If I bring the tach needle up to 1k it reads 900ish on my scan gauge.
One thing you could do is seafoam the engine, that could help some.
Even my stock gas gauge is off, reads higher than what I really have.
If last fuel filter service is unknown, I'd defiantly replace it... Possibly the fuel system is leaking off pressure after setting for some length of time... To check, you can cycle the ign sw on for a couple seconds and back to off three or four times before starting to see if that helps...

The IAC is the silver cylinder on the throttlebody, just remove it and spray carb cleaner to get the carbon out of it.

Might want to clean the MAF also. Get MAF cleaner at your FLAPS.

CRC Electronics Cleaner is $1-2 cheaper than the MAF cleaner, works just as well and dries quite fast.
