Teengenerate does a worst/coolest cover of "Shake, Rattle, and Roll" - it's on their Get Action! album on Crypt Records.

Guitar Wolf covers "Rumble" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHk6CrtIKfA) on (I think) Planet Of the Wolves.

American Soul Spiders (who later turned into Teengenerate in a roundabout way) cover "Magic Bus", "Satisfaction", and the Flamin' Groovies' "Slow Death".

All equally "worse" and cooler than the originals.
