I really think that the Japanese car companies are beating a dead horse trying to make minivans cool and appeal to conformist yuppie middle-aged zombies who can't think for themselves, but this commercial is just damn funny. This is the extended version.... you're welcome. :D

That was awesome! The folks on Madison Avenue finally have something to be proud of, assuming that the ad was produced by one of the major agencies.

Two things:

1. Honda Odysseys are pretty awesome automobiles (one of the only Hondas I'd buy actually).

2. Ford Flex beats EVERYTHING as a "swagger wagon", so in the end it doesn't even matter. :P

True story. Tried to talk my wife into one when she was shopping for a Dodge Magnum, but I couldn't talk her out of the Mag. Surprised I don't see more Flex's around. They're slick.

One of the members here has an ecoboost flex. Those things stock I'm pretty sure are as quick or quicker than most modded N/A Marauders. I'd LOVE to have one.

The Flex reminds me of the old '55 Chevy Nomads for some reason, and I like those, I think that's why I like the look of the Flex. I wouldn't mind having one.

The flex has a very different look to it than most all that's out there today. It's got the square shape, but has stainless steel looking elements to it, not a bunch of plastic garbage like Honda Element, Scion's, etc. Different isn't always good, either. (ahem pontiac Aztek, Nissan Juke ahem)

My all time favorite is, of course, the Marauder in the parking garage, followed by the 300Z commercial with the Barbie and Ken dolls, and Van Halen is playing.

I dont understand why more families drive SUV's when to me a good minivan makes alot more sense. Great commercial.

My favorite as well  Having a hard time finding the commercial using Google. Found one on MySpace via Google and very poor quality.
