Wow, if your up look outside, the sky is crystal clear in most places.
The Moon is very bright, almost full, and is being chased across the sky from east to west by Jupiter. The lesser stars are dimmed by the moon's reflected light.
I've watched their movement throughout the evening. If you set a stationary reference point, like a tree, you can actually see the progression of these two heavenly body's across the night sky.
I'll hit the sack in a little while, up early, 6 AM, to deliver the senior food boxes throughout the parish for the next three days.
