The one towards the rear of the plenum? That goes to a vacuum distribution block on the firewall behind and to the left of the intake.

There is one large one that comes off the cam cover into the intake. There are coolant lines that are on either side of it. One goes into the cross over tube the other goes back toward the heater core.
There is one large line that splits and 2 lines go into the EGR valve, one goes onto firewall valve. (I cant remember the name.) It has 2 large plastic lines that come out of it and a plug, the other goes onto the valve on the fuel rail. There is also a vacuum line that goes under the throttle body and I believe plugs into the manifold but I would have to take a look to be 100% sure.

No problem,
Heres the line you are talking about.
http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d12/blackened300a/DSCN1758.jpg
It faces the rear and 2 of the lines plug into the EGR.
http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d12/blackened300a/DSCN1755.jpg
One line plugs into the bottom of this valve that's bolted to the cowl.

The one that extends forward plugs into the valve on the fuel rail.
Hope this helps.

Thats a coolant line. Ill have to take a look where exactly that runs.

This was the best shot I could get of it. The line runs straight down along the back of the head. You could feel it if you reach behind.

You can feel a metal tube where it clamps to behind the head. you would have a leak if it wasnt there unless someone bypassed it. Its only purpose was to heat the intake for cold temps.

well the thing is, is that its an aviator motor because the other one blew... so maybe it doesnt have one... so I guess what im saying is could i run a line off of it and plug it?

That's a coolant line which is used as a heater for the PCV inlet on the upper intake. PCV systems collect a lot of condensation which can freeze and block the inlet.
Since you're from Cincinnati, and I know it gets cold there, I would advise getting that missing line replaced if you drive the car in winter.
Unfortunately the factory service manual is of little help in this case. My N/A car isn't with me at the moment or I'd go out and take a look where it goes. Maybe someone else can trace it for you quicker.

Follow the hose from your heater core that runs to the rear of the passenger side head/intake. You will find a nipple just below where the hose connected to the heater core ends.
This is the metal coolant line that resides below the lower intake in the valley and connects to the nipple at the front of the motor behind the water pump.
Does anyone have access to a vacuum diagram? I have been unable to find one. My issue is with the black line coming out of the EATC. My 03 (which is fine) seems to connect to a white line near the data port under dash. My 04, has the white line connected to the dataport frame by a pin. End is open, black line, as far as I can tell is going through the firewall near gas pedal. I have no vacuum to the EATC, therefore I have no vents. Not the orange o rings, as I have swapped the 03 and 04 EATC. 04's works in 03 properly. Can't find vacuum line through the firewall.
Thanks

The white vacuum line by the OBDII port is for the automatic emergency brake release.
The black line to the EATC should have vacuum to it when the engine is running. That line should be connected to manifold vacuum. Try looking at the center rear of the engine on the firewall, there should be a vacuum tree with multiple lines connected. Also check the vacuum tank on the left front fender, just behind the windshield washer tank. If you trace those lines you'll probably find the break / leak. I believe the black supply line to the EATC is on the passenger side of the interior and firewall. Shop diagram shows what the lines are... not where they are located in the car.
The '03 & '04 EATC's are interchangeable but you will have the o-ring issue with both.

Sometimes that vacuum line will get out of place and fall down on the EGR tube, which is very hot. Damages or melts the tube. As said before, its a small black line that runs out the firewall near the throttle cable and then along to vacuum distribution block behind the engine on the firewall.
