abs light on and cant turn traction control back on

did you have the tires rotated, bigger in the back not the front, unless you have a 300a

Nope only a tune about 3 months ago

Try the disconnect the battery trick, see if that clears the issue(s). If you have a scanner, check for trouble codes.

probably have a bad wheel speed/ abs sensor, thus automatically turning off the abs and traction systems, you should be able to use your programmer to check for codes

Most of our programmers only show engine/trans codes, not chassis codes. I would first look at the sensors and make sure they're all physically in place, then if there is still a problem it will probably have to go to the dealer and be connected to their scanner. I had problems with one of the sensors on my Exploder, they put it on a lift and connected the scanner, then turned the wheels one at a time to see which one didn't put out a signal. Physically it looked fine, but it didn't work.
