Rear suspension question?

Wanted to adjust my rear air suspension again. Do I have to put this thing up in the air to do it? Im confident that I can climb my a** under there and adjust it. I just don't feel like getting crushed today.

I think i made the adjustment years ago without raising the car.

IIRC you need an 8mm and a 11mm
