Ive got a 89 f-150 with the 300-6cyl
Do some plowing in winter and the single we have barely keeps up.

I have been having problems with overheating durring 50+ degree days while driving.

Ive read that there is a popular taurus electric dual fan in the same shroud that hot rodders are using.

Anyone know which years of taurus with a 3.8 v-6 I should look for at the junkyard.

Or a part number of what im looking for might be?

i know on my 2000 f150 with the 5.4 i used a 03 crown vic police electric fan with a flex-a-lite controler, works pretty so far, been 2 years.

Taurus fans are small, had one on my f150 before I swapped it out for crown vic fan, good luck finding one of those lincoln fans.
