Haven't got the headers on it yet.

Hoping for 410 to 420 rwhp, but we'll see. We're going with a pretty conservative tune.

BTW, Dave, were you able to get the hood closed? :wink:

This is with 10.7 lbs boost and a very streetable tune that will run all day long on 93 octane, and without the headers or mid pipes.

I'm plenty pleased with numbers, now can't wait to pick up the car on Friday.

14.1psi
12* of timing

and i have LTs.

Rex's car is way more fun to drive with out the 3500 stall, mine def has to go now. its also very nice to drive a car thats damn near silent. i just wish it had tint, feel like im on the sun in that thing :lol:

SO.......ugh, with all that new found power, hope you have a plan for driver training ( Terry) for you both--cause you both will need to be careful.....

Thats wild Dave with more boost and LT's and not a bigger diff. Do you guys think that is a result of the roots topend performance? On my 1st MM when the LT's went on w/ a convertor it was a bigger gain in both. Or just a milder tune I see youre at 12 and he is at 13 degrees timing just curious That kit is awesome. Great job Dave

:up: Great job! I would be curious to compare several diff roots vs. centri #'s before and after headers. I wonder if the gain is more with a centri due to its peak power at top end vs. roots ?? Iam sure alot know this answer .

Now you have to make the trip to Carlisle next June with all that new found power Bubba Rex. You can park under the canopy, It will rain one of the days so no chance of Doom. :D

I've got a set of shorty headers I'm going to have installed along with some additional exhaust system work after I get home. Will post up numbers after that, will be interesting to see what those mods yield.

Rex, i love the way the car sounds now. all you hear when you step on is weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeee. makes me want stock exhaust.

Yeah, want to keep the car quiet, so don't think I'm going to the Flowmasters as originally planned.

Quick follow up: Sent my wife the URL for the dyno run. I told her the "fun" part of the video started at around 28 seconds. She apparently thought that to mean that the car is set up to accelerate slowly, and then at some point (say 28 sec = 45 mph),to go to WOT.

Her response to my e-mail:
"So, you hit the "fun part" going around 45 mph. Let's take my car up to Wilmington for Thanksgiving."

My reply to her:
"No, it doesn't work that way.

It purrs like a kitten until you really give it the gas, so road manners will be very mild. But when you do floor it, kitty turns into a lion..."

Her final reply to me:
"I am sure Joey would like a ride in your car. We can take it if you are able to behave driving up there."

I'm not so sure she's gonna like the Eaton swap... ;) ----> :D

the car is a total sleeper. i find it hard to believe my car was at some point this quiet lol. its fun to stab it and just take off with only the sound of the blower.

Flying into PHL tomorrow afternoon. Will run Dave back home, then will head out from there. Was planning to lay over for the night somewhere down around DCA and head for SC early Sat. a.m.

Yeah, when I first starting lobbying for a S/C, told my wife I needed to do something to respond to my mid-life crisis. From what I could see, I had two choices: Get a fast car or a fancy woman.

Figured the car would be cheaper, and better for my health.

Mentioned that to her again last night.

Not sure she thinks I made the right choice... ;) ------>:D
