Hey guys,
the story goes I got in my MM last night after it sitting parked for 15 minutes or so and when I started her up the Avic came on as usual....But this time it just cycles on and off the start up "splash" screen ........I pulled over down the road a ways shut the car down, started back up same thing happens....Pressed reset, same thing.
Have any of you here ever experienced the same problem ?
I do love my music would love some positive input......
thanks in advance :burnout:
Try and disconnect power for a few minutes. If that does not fix it send it in for service.

Pops,
its much like a pc really, I was able to boot into it using windows ce on a SD card....By pressing the menu and map and reset it boots to the card, then to windows ce.....So at that point I knew it was not a dead issue.....I formatted the data folder and rewrote the boot data I had saved before I did the last update.....It took 30-40 minutes to complete.
removed the card when finished copying the data, shut the car off ,started it up pressed reset and whoosh !!
I went from having a bad morning to a great one !!
Maybe I jumped the gun posting my woes here, if I can ever help you out of a similar situation let me know.I`d be glad to help
:burnout:
You went above what I know! Glad you got her fixed!

Again, if you ever run into this issue, PM me I would be happy to help.
I can put the windows ce and the latest firmware on an SD card and the rest is just alot of patience......
