.... or even Mt. Washington ..... maybe. :D

Just had new front and rear brakes put on the Bluerauder. Also replaced the rear tires. I am back to the BFG 245/55s on the rear. Only got about 16K out of the 255/55 Goodyear F1 Eagles. My driver side rear shock had started to leak so the rear shocks were replaced too. Full coolant flush and an oil & filter change. Oughta be good though the winter. ;)

I liked the rake and the tread on the Goodyear Eagle F1s; but to be perfectly honest I thought that the rear end broke loose far more frequently with the Goodyears than the BFGs. At least I was getting 21K from the BFGs. Only 16K with the Goodyears. Prices are now about equal for both Goodyears and BFGs at $211.95 mounted and Road Force balanced.

Different treadwear ratings between the two tires is why.

The last set I put on was last Thursday. It replaced a set I had that were
defective that I drove with for about 2 months. The new ones are way better. $208.99 each including balancing(about $492 out the door). Paid $2.20 for tire disposal only.

I've been extolling the virtues of the BFG's all along, vs the Nittos anyway.

Nice but with 56K on the clock I have only replaced tires once:)

Pretty much everthing is factory:up:
