That was produced by the Transport Accident Commission in Victoria, Australia, as a composite of a whole bunch of shorter ads. The Australians are very serious about drink-driving and produce a lot of these kind of very graphic ads for regular broadcast.

We could learn a lot from them, but we won't. :shake:
