This was just emailed to me. Electronically getting card info without reaching in your pockets.

I was watching NCIS a few weeks back and apparently people can get your credit card information by scanning your back pocket with some device when you are not looking.

There are thin metal card holders that supposedly block it.

I saw this on Discovery Channel too. And there are ways to protect your cards. This company was featured on the show I watched.

The guy in Chris's video was from Identity Stronghold. And yes... This happens alot more than people realize and that CC companies will admit.

I dont care if its useless info. Its my useless info and they cant have it!!

Its still stealing. Even if its useless info now. But whos to say 1 year from now they take that "useless" info and figure out a way to make it "usefull". Ponder on that for a minute. My info is my info no matter how useless it may be.

I noticed that it still requires darned close proximity to my person. I'm not that friendly. Plus, my wallet lives in my front pocket. Plus, our credit and debit cards do not have RFID chips.
