Rented a storage unit until March and put the MM into hibernation under a cover. Good to know she'll be safe and sound until the roads are clean and it warms up in the Spring. I do miss driving her already!

One of each.

The Blackbird got her final bath of the season yesterday and is now resting comfortably with a trickle-charger under her custom cover. Phoebe will be soldiering on with her brand new winter shoes.

Mine is in the garage, and will be moved to a storage unit as soon as we get a break in the weather.

My daily driver is an all-wheel drive Magnum R/T, so I still get to drive a sorta-quick car...

For the past six years mine has apparently spent its winters in climate controlled storage warehouse. I've been mentally preparing to have it in the snow ever since I adopted it back in February. It's absolutely killing me to break the tradition.

Terrorizing the streets er... county roads until I get a suitable vehicle to use as a DD.

Sometimes it's good not to break tradition. Mine came out of Fla, and was a garage queen down there. To this day I am still surprised he sold the car. And, mine is tucked away, covered with a battery tender plugged into it.

Since we seldom get snow, I've never put any of my cars into total hibernation, can generally go for a ride when the notion strikes...

Daily driver through even the worst of conditions. I should have named my car Norm, because it will take through rain, sleet, snow, or hail. It is on the road! Just put the snowies on her. Ready for the worst! BRING IT!

I seldom drive it when it's actually snowing because I fear someone smashing into it, even lightly, and it being declared totalled. Sucks though, the Rauder is like a tank in the snow as my Escort SUCKS! Sometimes I still can't resist playing in deep snow, I am out and about when it starts, or I am too freakin scared to brave the Escort! AWESOME winter car regaurdless!

I didn't expect to see so many MMs driven in the winter. I guess the Po-Po drive their PIs with winters in some pretty deep snow. I got caught in a surprise snow storm last winter and could barely get it up my driveway with the BFGs. No traction control on my 03. I guess the 04 guys have it, which is nice for the snow. I'll be driving my '11 Mustang GT with Michelin Xice2s this winter. I have to admit, I'm a little nervous for the first snowfall!

Mine is packed away in the garage, under her blanket, until April.

I like to keep my nice cars off the road for the winterw, not so much because I want to keep them for so many years, but also because I just don't want to risk having some idiot slide into me from their lack of driving ability.

Question though - how are you guys putting a battery "trickle charger" on WITH the cover on? I take mine out. I'd rather not though. I've heard that the possible gases from the battery (if anything does evapourate), can get caught under the hood and possibly explode.

SOME... Mine doesn't have it as well, but with the Blizzaks and some weight in the trunk, she is an absolute tank! Looks like she might get tested this Sunday! Looking at around a possible foot here!

My'03 is parked for the winter under inside a car bag, they claim when you put dessicant packs inside, it creates "desert conditions" and car stays clean and dry. I removed battery, and am considering long term storage, since I recently scored another MM for a daily driver. I am wondering if I should be concerned about letting the car sit for extended periods, any computer issues regarding lost info, or damage which may occur from the car sitting idle for a year?

I drive mine, but I'm mostly in the south for the winter. Headed home tomorrow, hopefully will beat the snow home. If the roads are salty, I take the truck.

Broke 117,000 yesterday. It is my DD.

My MM is in the garage until April or May. My '03 Focus is my daily driver.

I put a full tank of gas, pulled the battery and put dryer sheets everywhere. Sigh... I bought it in October of this year so I only got to drive it for about a month before i had to put it away for the winter. :(

I was gonna get some winter tires for mine, but decided I'm much better off getting new tires for the excursion and use that for a winter beater. Let it be noted, I'd rather fill up the and do synthetic oil changes with royal purple every gas tank in the marauder, than connect the gas pump handle to the black hole that is the filler neck on my excursion... Between 4x4, bigger tires, and remote start... it hurts. But oh well, the marauder is just as clean as the day i bought it... :)

No rest for my wicked one, at least not anymore than usual because it isn't a DD for me. My CVs and GM were always excellent in the rare snow event we get around here, but I'm afraid of the others out there who don't have a clue how to drive in snow.

My MRDR was gonna be parked in the garage all winter UNTIL I bought a New Challenger last month. Now the MRDR is my daily driver & I just got a set of wheels/snow tires from Tire rack last week. They are on & I can't wait to try them out.
