The previous owner of the car had a tune done and it was from Dennis. R. I was curious to if its a chip that plugs in and if so where would it be located. I know where the ecu is but i dont see anything?

A chip plugged in to the ecu?? I guess this is your first OBD II vehicle. The tune is uploaded into the ecu via a hand held device. I would assume being you're asking this question the previous owner did not give it to you. I'd contact him/her and see why they didn't give it to you.

The reason the previous owner didn't give me anything is becAuse it was a Florida highway patrol vehicle which Dennis did all the work on. I was told it had a custom tune and was curious to where it would be at if it was a chip. I'm going to give Dennis a call tomorrow and see of he can help me out.

Yep flip switch with 3 or 4 tune banks. When I first bought my car, it had a DR tune that was NOT on a flip switch (not that I remember anyway). It just plugged in and that's it. No options. It worked and all, but I was not a fan of the transmission programming so I removed it and SCT tuned the car instead.
I have it in a box somewhere. Maybe I should sell it.

The point is/was if there is no chip then it's tuned with a hand held.
