I think it's a good deal if you plan on keep it modestly stock. If you're going to due a decent amount of mods and ruin the value then you might as well get a regular GT for a few thousand less.

i think its a little bit overpriced, the site that Brian pointed out has one with 13k miles and a reinhart s/c for $23k. that would be my pick.
