I was wondering if anyone has a spare wheel center cap? Im looking to do the trunk emblem mod.

There are two holes in the trunk under the waterfall badge and the wheel center cap will not cover them both!!:mad2:

You will need something else....I used a 100th Anniversary FORD badge!!:beer:

To do the center cap mod you use the existing badge.

Remove it with some fishing line and Dremel out the waterfall emblem. The center cap will fit in there perfectly.

there was one on ebay a few days ago for like $30, not sure if its still availible:shake:

The badge remains on the car for this mod. There is no need to remove it.

No need to remove the old. dremel, epoxy, done.

Oh....I see now!!:beer: I removed mine and VOILA.....TWO HOLES!!!:mad2:

Never thought about doing it this way!!:shake:

Take the badge off.

The extra 10 minutes of work will prevent accidentally Dremeling through the very thin plastic on the OEM badge and going right into your paint.
