Won't fit in a 2001 without a bunch of mods to the car,2001 was Din and 1/2,it will fit in 2003> which are double din but I'm not sure if the dash clocks will still work in the 2003 300A's,2003 300B's and all 2004's had the clock in the radio which this radio has.
