New Marauder owner in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

I got this a little high mileage, but it's a Ford so I wasn't too worried.

I basically bought the car in october and immediately went on a dream roadtrip around the US southwest for almost 6 weeks.

I apologize for taking so long to getting around to posting here.

She's got the nice Mercury godhead rims, pretty pristine body and interior.

It's Canadian. Technically aren't they all made in Ontario ;)

Technically yes. I should have asked if the speedo was in KPH or MPH

Not great, not terrible either. My mechanic warned me that the rear axle seal was going, and the axle might need replaced. I made it to northern Arizona when I heard it go. I got to a shop ok and they replaced both axles for a pretty reasonable price. I think it's cool having a pretty unique car but most of the guts can be pulled from Crown Vics.

The battery died on me, but I have CAA/AAA so that was a 20 minute fix.

I am apparently the first owner to get the fuel filter changed and lines flushed. This caused the check engine light to come on for a bit, as the engine processed some built up gunk. Still needs some love, but overall it was rock solid and no surprises (except the battery). Some guys I still think were pretty shady mechanics sold me some new brakes and spark-plugs in IN on my way back home. Tried pushing a bunch of other crap on me I'm not convinced was necessary.

I can't believe the power and torque it still has after so many miles! Bit of a guzzler but a smooth ride with lots of room, good for a gear intensive road trip (I do a bit of shooting).

Nice to see such a high traffic forum!
