My GF has a CTS... thank God she didn't buy a CTS-V, otherwise I'd have to spend some more money on the mach1 and/or the marauder... I will say this though, even her lowly base model handles amazingly well.

The gentleman (good friend) who sold me my 300A replaced it with a CTS-V.

I've logged a few miles behind the wheel - what a package.

It is the most docile fast car I have ever operated. Tame is the best description. Depressing the go pedal to the floor is just like saying 'sic-em' to a well-trained dog. Both behave very well until they get the green light.

The owner is driving it to Lingefelter in the spring - he wants the 700+ HP package.

If anyone has an alternate suggestion for a tuner (besides Lingefelter) I'd pass it along.

I have personally driven the CTS-V coupe with a proper men's department DIY transmission. Very easy to drive and very easy to drive fast. I didn't like the shiftgate on it but I'm sure I'd get used to it. :D

I wish the Marauder would have come standard with a 5 speed. Nothing is better than braking into a corner, downshifting to just the right gear, letting out the clutch and blasting out with perfect timing and some smoking tire spin.......

TRY lidio at alternative auto he's been tuning blower camaros and twin turbo Z06 with great success.

I donno about the 5 speed... After putting a T56 in the mach, the marauder could have used one too IMO... Not necessarily for the cornering, but not feeling like it hit a wall between gears is awesome. Especially true for 2nd and 5th. Ford can't gear their vehicles to save their lives... pretty soon all my fords will be regeared. :help:

guspech750- all our cars are now, ls motors.. they are super engines even stock ! like my zo6[427/505hp] and my sons zr1 [638 horsepower supercharged ] both have great power .. sorry guys, my first love are still fords ! i hope sooner, than later will be back to ford brands ! rkvette/ralph sr.

They expect to produce only around 100 units this year. Price is about $70,000.
