Hello MM.net. I was wondering if you guys could help me out a little. Here's what's going on. 2 weeks ago I installed a new deck in the MM. Shortly after my volts meter started going from 13.5 to 10 then back to 13.5 after about 10 minutes so I took the radio out and had my alternator and battery checked. Turns out alternator was bad. So I got a new one. Next day it started again and I check under the hood and saw that my pulleys were wet.Figured water pump, So I changed the water pump. It started with the volts dropping again and lower than usual rpms at low speeds. In stop and go driving it feel like its going to shut off. So I took it to the dealer. They cant find anything wrong. They suggest trying a new battery and resetting my pcm. Am I missing something or do I need to clean/ repair something else. I don't know I'm stuck. BTW while running on the streets or freeway If I let off the gas I can hear the rpms drop. Any help would be great. Thanks

I have since taken the radio, thinking that was the problem.

Did taking out the radio fix the voltage problem?

How old is the battery?

You could have a bad cell in the battery.

Check all the battery cable(s) and connections. Especially the grounds.

Radio out did not fix volt problem, volts still drop to 12 until i accelerate.
Battery is about a year old. Will check connections.

Sounds like you got a set of UDP's and did'nt up the drive idle rpm within the tune

You got an xcal2 and a Z tune so up the rpms in the tune

Sorry forgot to mention I do have UDP. and I have upped the rpms. I've been running that setup for awhile problem free. This problem just started about 2 weeks ago when I changed the deck out.
