I suppose some of you are wondering where I disappeared to(I hope you had better things to do)....
Well it's twofold really......
I don't have the Marauder anymore, and at the same time got really busy at work and couldn't spend any time on the 'net..........
We had physical inventory coming in October and I had been slackin' at my job screwin' around on the computer too much and had to get to work.
Damn you Logan for such a great site! :help:
As far as the car goes, I debated wether to hold on to the car or trade it in on something else. I already had one in mind but it was new and scarce and dealers were tacking on big mark-ups so I didn't think it was possible. Also I owed about what the car was worth so I knew there was no trade-in value.
I just wasn't happy with the car, and it was just too big to fit in my garage.............:alone:
Well it turns out I knew someone high up at the local dealer and was able to make the deal on what I wanted(back in August) and after I did it I felt really bad about it. When I called Elizabeth about it I could hear a little doubt in her voice so then I wondered if I had done the right thing. As I drove home the guilt started to get to me. I intended to get on this site and let everyone in on it but I felt so down I just put it in the garage and there it sat for 3 days with 19 miles on it.
I was actually worried what you people would think
For some reason I harbor massive guilt for little things and I'm not even Jewish!(no offense to anyone here)
I didn't tell anyone at work that I had it for 2 weeks....I just drove my little ****box Honda to work(which was normal(?) anyway)
But now it's all good and I'm fine with my purchase and I'm having fun...........
I'll still check in on the site from time to time and if I can help anyone I'll try. I'm still the Ford Parts Dude. I've added my e-mail address to my profile so if anyone needs anything contact me.
It looks like 'TheDealer' at Northeast L/M in Philly and 'billwork' at Signature in Las Vegas are also parts guys--maybe managers--- so they can help you also. For everyone Midwest, East and South TheDealer is better source 'cause shipping will be less.
Well We're going to Chicago next week and I'm looking forward to meet everyone(that is if you'll still have me--haha)
I'll be trying to smile more in the New Year and inject more humor into life and not worry so much....................now where's that 'Joke of the day' thread??
What do you call a child born in a Cathouse?
A brothel sprout!
It's taken me 6 hours to write this(I'm at work) so I'll end it now(finally) before I start to sound like an idiot:rolleyes:
I've got old PMs to answer too.............:banana2:
