just picked this up bout an hour ago, actually had it dropped off. 77 f100 with a pretty worked 289 and a c4. runs pretty damn strong. body is kinda rough but i got enough parts around here to bring it back when the time comes.

Looks good, I like the floor shifter. Those 289 if built right can rev up pretty high.

I dissagree Joe, I have both long and short beds and the short beds do not slide as much:)

And the heck with that low look, shine it up and enjoy the hell out of it. Id love to find a cheap 78-79 shortbed 4x4 that wasnt a pile of rust.

this is more of a pile of rust then a shiner lol.
im going to drive it how it is until i finish my other truck then its game on

im a little intimidated by it to be honest, the steering is very easy, like too easy so its going to make for a fun ride.

Awwww....heck, the throttle is what you should use to steer anyway!
