Nice article....with only a few miscues. 4.6L DOHC V8 borrowed from the Mustang Cobra?? I don't think so. No mention of the Blue MM at all. But he did note the "wimpy" Silver and DTRs. ;) He also noted the "lustrous black paint" .... must have been one of the later blacks.

BTW -- those econoboxes in the garage commercial were NOT pastel colored. Both were silver as I recall. And they "slinked" to the side to give the Marauder room out of respect .... not fear. JMHO.

Ah, you're just too sensitive, Paula. The author didn't even mention DBP, but I just sucked it up and pressed on...

And here I thought that the Blue was so unique it could not be throw in with the other Marauders, they would be jealous.

nice artical but most mistakes have allready been pointed out. one thing they made it sound like the 04s trans. was much better when it really didn't make much of a difference that could be noticed.

He had it right. Charlie, as I have always said, "If it ain't BLACK, it ain't a Marauder.

That's like having two kids and telling them that only one is your favorite, lol.

Sure we do. Canada has 3 provinces: Cold, Real Cold and Unbearably Cold. ;)

The rest are named after hockey teams.

Am I wrong, or is that the quickest 0-60 time for a stock MM ever quoted in a magazine road test?

Based on the Mercury Grand Marquis cum Ford Crown Victoria, the Marauder was one mean looking car.

This statement confuses me. Maybe not CBT, but it confuses me.

The '99 (could be 98) to '01 Cobras sported the same engine as ours. In reality, the Mach 1's actually used our engines since we were here first.
