I went to a similiar disturbance complaint years ago where a group of women were imitating the Rockettes and knocked a guy out with a flying shoe at a bar to the song NY NY. They were on a small stage. I don't believe any lawsuits were involved, just some sutures and you poor baby treatment from the ladies seemed to help him. Come to think of it they were all gorgeous IIRC, would have helped me too :D We all kinda laughed about it.
