It's not that hard :) It just takes some time. I believe their might be a write up on here that explains the easier way to do it. I believe you just pull the wiper blade cowl (10 minute job) and that gives you all the room you need to get it out. I am sure some other members can chime in and let us know how they did it.

Either remove the cowl or jack the right side of the motor up. Not that hard of a job. 2-3 hours at the most and under the hood will look like this:

Do the powered by Ford covers come with the valve covers

I don't know if the OP has those coil covers. I had to buy mine and paint them.

They sometimes show up on eBay. You might still be able to get them from Ford Motor Sports. Do a Google search.
