Oil Change Required message

My boyfriend and I are really into Mercury cars. He has an 03 Marauder and I have an 05 Mountaineer that I just purchased in November. We have already changed the oil once in my truck and it came up due again today. The Oil Change Required Signal popped up and we were wondering after you have changed the oil, how do you get the signal to reset? Thanks so much!

I have a 04 mountaineer and it does the same thing sometimes after only 1000 miles on fresh oil change also,just go thru reset button to you get to oil change and hold to it says refreshed,hope this helps.
