I was out in New Jersey last weekend helping The Misfits and hanging out. Well I pulled up the hill to the place with a good amount of throttle and caught the attention of a few people. Soon as I got out someone said "How much was that old school cop car?" I went on about the snow tires and how it was never a cop car, but I never heard anyone say the car is old school.

We all know here how dated the design is, but its still only a nine year old car, yet called old school. Kinda cool in my book. Later we all went out and the crew loved the car. "Wow this is nice. This music is sick." I was listening to an old Doo Wop song called Stranded In The Jungle by The Jacks... I believe that was the group.

"So you drive this beast and listen to old music?"
"Yup."
"Nice dude."

Still.... old school? Isn't it a little early for a 2003 anything to be considered Old School?

No refering to RWD BIG cop cars from the 50's, 60"s & 70"s...Before cars were cut in half and car company's tried pushing ecoboxes on everyone.

I had no idea what I would be doing, for how long and wheni would be free. I didn't wanna make plans and cancel on you. I think we both had enough let downs. Plus I didn't leave until late by the time I was cut lose. I will be back out there in June, I will call you when I am near.

Being that around here we have FWD Impala's, Altima's and Fusion Hybrids for cruisers I think Old School term was a compliment... atleast that is how I see it. :D

I can't stand most "modern" cars with their unibody construction, blunt front ends and (mostly) transformer looks. I really can't think of many cars at all that I would rather have that don't cost 75K plus. And, it's great fun to drive a model of a car people rarely see. I saw probably 20 Mustangs today.

Yeah it's damn near a decade...so it's cool...Old Schools, Big Bodies, and Muscle Cars is all I ride with the exception of a few imports (Subaru's, Skylines, Old school hooked up Datsuns, NSX's, M Series anything) Old School is where it's at bruh! It's a compliment all across the board.

Sure the Marauder and all Panthers are old school since they are the last car with a full frame, even if that frame is only 8 years old.
