As it stands right now, i have the stock upper pulley on my eaton with a +2 lower giving me approx. 10psi. I got a 3.0 and a 2.8 pulley from metco when i was putting together my eaton swap about a year ago. I've gotten quite use to the boost and im ready to slap one of my other pullies on, but need to know what else i HAVE TO do for the functionality of the engine. will i need a new tune? Will my 39lb injectors supply the demand of a 3.0 pulley? Whats up?

I already have a ford gt fuel pump and an SCT BA-3000 whitch is like SCT's biggest baddest MAF sensor. Anything else?

Possilby a MAFia, depending on current performance of your MAF.

What are you running for exhaust? May want to upgrade if still running OEM.

Also, check out this site to estimate boost from various pulley combinations.

well this just leaves two questions that i SHOULD know the answers to. Is stock 3.6? If not the what? and how big is a +2 lower?

a 3.0 with a +2 should yield about 14psi. thats what it made on my car.

gt pump
39s
no mafia
435/432
12* timing

Did you have 2 make any changes to your tune when you upgraded?

What's the stock upper size? My T kit came stock with a 3.4. I put a 3.2 on with zero changes to the tune, but noticed little to no difference at all. BUT, there is room in the Trilogy tune for a future 3.2 pulley or CAI, I don't know how safe your tune is.

That boost calculator on the web page above seems to be less accurate the more you go up in boost.
With a 3.0" upper and a 4lb lower and 4,604 ccs, it's telling me I'll be @ 19 psi... I wish!!!

Stock is 3.65" This is nice to print out too:
