was digging around in the timelsips page, and it says there's an 8 sec marauder:D Anyone got pics or more info about this beast?

The fastest Marauder I know of is Dennis Reinhart's car. If there is a faster one I would like to see pictures of the car and a timeslip, or maybe the members of this forum that own those cars (top 2 entries) can tell us a little bit about the cars, how they went from stock to those speeds and share with us their experiences in making these 2 cars the fastest MM's that I am aware of. :confused:

Nevermind I went to the TS page.
A 12l V10 with 2 turbo's,padel shifted 6spd.
If you went to all that trouble it better run 140 in the 1/4.

Usually on this forum the tiniest bit of information gets scrutinized, sometimes unmercifully. Yet we have an 8 sec. & an 11 sec. car and I guess I must have missed something; but nobody talks about such an accomplishment or how it was achieved.

Sometimes speed refers to drugs. That would be the case here with a few of the entries in the Time Slip database. Everyone was to be on the honor system in posting. A few of the posts are less than honorable.

When I filled out the stats, I was unaware they would be listed.

It was my fantasy.

I have changed it.

I now run low 7's due to the V16 with tripple turbos. ;)

Although it would be a fantasy, I don't think I would want an 8 second Marauder simply because it probably wouldn't be streetable, or daily drivable which is important to me in any car I drive..........
