Today is the first day of the National Cobra Jet Days.

4/27, 4/28, 4/29

If you have anything powered by one of Ford's mighty FE engines or the 429, take em out and let the world see them. But most of all just enjoy them.
The rest of us will just reflect on how Awesome they are.

Please use this thread to post pics or links. I know we have some fine examples of these cars right here among our members. Let's see em !

Those were the top dog in 1972 and 1973 for the Mustang and Cougars. My 1972 XR7 Convert has one and it will pass most anything I want! True 4V Clevelands with low geared C-6 and 3.25 gears makes for a fun drive with the top down.

Dave, I hear ya. I have a 351-C in my '70 Cyclone GT. But since there isn't a March 51, I thought I'd stick with the April days of 4/27 4/28 & 4/29. :D

You forgot about the 430 which was one of the old MEL engines. It was a slug!!!
