It’s not the first time Indianapolis has seen manhole explosions. The last were on Jan. 30 in the 400 block of Massachusetts Avenue, at roughly 6:30 a.m. Five manhole covers blew off on that day.

Actually, they do that anyway. I'm the inspector for this crowd, they like to keep tabs on me, try to avoid me catching them doing things they shouldn't be doing. When I walk out of here, they call over to the supervisors on the ship and tell them I'm coming. It doesn't help them. Someone is always doing something they shouldn't be, lol.
