Iron Chef This Sunday Night

Hey all, be sure to catch Iron Chef Sunday Night. A good friend of mine from my freshman year of college (Johnson & Wales) Chef Dave Pasternak of ESCA (a partnership with Mario Batali) in NYC, will be going up against Chef Morimoto.

Dave has been featured in "The New Yorker" Magazine, and his restaurant is consistently rated one of the best seafood houses in the the city! :bows:

If you met Dave just once you would know. Watch the show, and you will see. Dave is a no BS, no fufu guy. From what I understand reservations are booked 3 months out most of the time.:o

If you know folks who own their own restaurants, I am sure they will confirm, its a hard, high risk business. I have not spoken with Dave in years, but I am happy for his success just the same. :banana2:
