Anyone interested in these Silverstar turn signal bulbs?

I know DOOM has been wanting to get a set and I found out yesterday that Sylvania discontinued these a while back so they are no longer sold in stores. While surfing the web last night I came across a lot bundle pkg of them.

If anyone is interested in these let me know and if there is enough interest I will buy the lot. I would sell these at $27 shipped to the lower 48 (plus 4% paypal fee if paying by paypal).

I've had these bulbs in my car for about 3 years now and love the look and color they give off when lit up (deep orange rather than amber).

These are only for front turn signals.

You cant go wrong with these.....I love mine, had them for a couple of years, they look great, a million times better than those flaky bulbs our cars came with.

If the crown vic front turn signals take the 3157 bulb then yes they would work. They are a dual filiment bulb so they are not just for running/parking lights, only front turn signal/hazards.

They are on Amazon but you have to read the fine print, most of them are $16.99 for a single bulb! The ones I found are the twin pack.

Their system is goofy but they do fit.

When AZ and Wally stopped carrying them last year, I called Sylvania HQ in NH and they told me that Amazon and Pep Boys were going to be the only ones offering them, but I hadn't heard that they were completely discontinued now. That blows.

Yep, my regular bulbs started to flake and then the paint/tint was sitting in the bottom of the turn signal housing.

These Silverstars have treated glass so there is no amber coating film to ever flake off.

Remove the housing and insert the housing back side in first, there is a little lip guide piece that sticks out that needs to go in first then push the housing back into it's normal position.

Depends on your skill level. What's easy for me... might be hard for you. lol

I only know ddmtuning's kit. If you come up to your uncle's I could install them for you, my shop is about 25-30 mins from Eldersburg.
